For years, I did the work. Healing. Insight. Manifesting. Growth. And still, it felt like one step forward, two steps back.
What I couldn’t see at first was the weight I was carrying.
Shame isn’t just a feeling. It’s not a passing emotion you regulate and move on from. It’s more like a belief system. An internalised implant that quietly anchors you to who you’ve been told you are.
Shame is heavy. A ten-ton weight on your system. It collapses momentum. It distorts self-trust. It pulls you back every time you try to expand.
You can do all the mindset work, all the light-work, all the therapy, focusing on the positive in the world - but if shame is still running under the surface, it will keep dragging you back to the same edge.
Nothing really worked for me until I started working directly with shame itself. Not managing it. Not learning to cope with it. Actually dismantling it at the root.
